This year’s Shropshire Oktoberfest takes place in Shrewsbury’s Quarry Park on Friday 6 & Saturday 7 October.
The ever-popular event will once again be championing the region’s best breweries, cider makers, drinks producers and distilleries.
As well as the alcohol, the festival also includes a programme of entertainment, with a live-music stage and comedy club both featuring.
Commenting on this year’s get-together, Beth Heath, Director of Fun at Shropshire Festivals, the company organising the event, said: “As always, there will be no mainstream rubbish at Shropshire Oktoberfest! Instead, you can buy your beers, ciders and spirits directly from the people who make it, soaking in their expertise as well as enjoying quality tipples.”
