B:Eats, a daytime cafe and evening eatery created by BMusic, the music charity responsible for Symphony Hall and Town Hall, is celebrating Veganuary with a plant-based version of their popular Brummie Bacon Cake, which featured recently on the Hairy Biker’s Christmas Special.
The Brummie Fake-Un Cake, priced at £6 and served with a generous amount of vegan salted butter, will be available for B:Eats diners to enjoy at the cafe throughout the month of January.
Along with their limited edition, Brummie Fake-Un Cake, guests who are taking part in Veganuary can also indulge in other vegan B:Eats menu items such as Vegan Quinoa Chili (served with rice), Jacket Potato (served with mixed leaf salad and a choice of salted vegan butter or vegan quinoa chili), Roasted Cauliflower with Chickpeas (Indian inspired roasted cauliflower and chickpeas, with red onion, baby leaf spinach and coconut milk yoghurt), Quinoa Chili Tacos (three soft shell tacos with shredded lettuce, Pica de Gallo, shredded cheese, served with fries, guacamole, salsa and sour cream) and The Vegan Philly Cheese (Plant-based steak slices, pan fried peppers and onions, vegan cheese, vegan mayo, shredded iceberg lettuce served in a vegan brioche roll with house fries).
